Sleep is important for human life. Especially for physical and mental health. Balance will not exist in daily life and health due to lack of sleep.
Experts say that sleep needs vary in different stages or ages of life.
But the important question here arise that how many hour sleep is essential in a day?
What are the dis advantages of not getting enough sleep?
WHY IS SLEEP IMPORTANT?
Sleep helps in relieving of physical and mental fatigue and keep Harmon balanced which is essential for muscles and physical strength.
It’s also help in the function of immune system and produces antibodies.
But the important thing about sleep is that in a state of sleep mind organizes all the information that was received the whole day and relaxed itself, after that it stores all the important things and delete all other unnecessary things.

Lack of sleep simply means lack of energy..one day lack of sleep either voluntary or forced will automatically increased the need of sleep the other day.
Lack of sleep causes laziness and dumps.

Similarly, difficulty in understanding the matter is also caused by lack of sleep.
Lack of sleep also causes inappropriate reaction to action.

CAUSES OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION:-
There are many causes of sleep deprivation which includes illness, a habit or even an event.
Similarly, before going to sleep and doing some things like watching screen devices, eating or can be exercise.
Mental health is a big cause of sleep disturbances.
STEPS TO A HEALTHY SLEEP:-
It’s necessary to get rest after performing any task to relax your body, and should go early to bed.
Approximately eighth to nine hours sleep is necessary in a day..
For a better and comfortable sleep if possible take a warm bath before sleep.
Avoid to do official works at late night and take exercise daily in morning.
Never take late night exercise..
Going to bed eat light food two hours before going to bed.
Don’t go to bed immediately after dinner or eating something.
For a good night sleep avoid coffee, vitamin c and also soft drinks at night.
For better sleep, sleep in a ventilated place.

For young people, it is important to know specific time in a day to sleep.
On the advice of experts young people age from 14 to 18 should take nearly eight to ten hours sleep a day.
Lack of sleep in young people results in diseases like blood vessels, heart and kidney diseases.
Similarly people of age from 11 to 13 has average range of 9 hours sleep a day.
