To be in order done everything thing all countries have their own policies or laws for labor’s to serve everything in order and to provide them with the rights and facilities they deserve.

The government of Oman has taken the responsibility upon himself to provide a very facilitate and decent living to their people including providing jobs which makes the whole society..

In order to give them equal rights they implemented law for labor’s which we call OMAN LABOUR LAW 2021..

OMAN LABOUR LAW 2021:-

 

This law was implemented by Royal Decree
No.3 5/2003 and is applied to all employees and employers for both of government and private sectors organization..

THE LABOUR LAW CONSIST OF TEN CHAPTERS
1:definition and general provision
2: employment of citizens
3: regulation of the work of foreigner
4:work contract
5:wages
6: vacations
7:working hours
8: employment of woman
9: industrial security
10: labor’s dispute

Any Omani who is able or willing to work will provide his real name with date of Birth, qualification, experience, desire and post he want to work in to the relevant department.

OMAN LABOUR LAW 2021 ,The role of the ministry manpower is to raise the proportion of national workforce in a way that supports the national economy and to organize the labor market…

The ministry is also responsible for issuing the regulations and decisions to labor law.

This was all the laws that has power upon labor with in the sultanate of Oman and to be implemented and strictly follow…

The positive point of these laws is that it was implemented in 2003 and even passing of 18 years they are still acting and following these laws…

Small of changes occurs in law during time period but didn’t affected these Royal Decree laws cause it was a full and find and as well as well satisfied laws in which no changes can be implemented…
